Vote for the venues that make Waltham Forest great

You can help back the borough’s brilliant cultural venues and support your favourite local businesses by voting for them in the Time Out Love London Awards.

Venues, shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs from across Waltham Forest have been shortlisted – but now it’s up to you to choose which ones you like the most.

Time Out is asking residents across London to vote for local attractions and businesses in their area. There are five award categories to find the most popular venue, restaurant, café or coffee shop, pub or bar and local shop.

Among the many much-loved venues up for an award, the Council has two fantastic local attractions shortlisted – the award-winning William Morris Gallery and Lloyd Park, which was restored in 2012 but there are lots of other fantastic venues and businesses in the running also, so residents are being asked to get voting.

Council leader, Cllr Chris Robbins, said: “Waltham Forest is a fantastic place to live and this is our chance to show how proud we are of the many excellent cultural venues and local businesses we have.

“You can cast your vote for your favourite shop or venue in just a few clicks online – so let’s get behind our shops, eateries and cultural attractions and show the rest of London why we think they’re the best in the capital.”

In total, more than 70 nominees from across Waltham Forest have made the awards shortlist. You can nominate as many places as you like, and anyone can nominate – but hurry, because voting closes on October 28.
